Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

We usually take 2-3 working weeks to process an order. If we have your order piece in your size in stock, we can ship on the next working day on request.However, some items are made to order & are manufactured based on your measurements, which takes a longer time. In case you have questions regarding the shipment time or product details please email us at info@vithobaquilt.com

We are now shipping orders within 15-20 Days. In case there is further delay in production due to government rules or lockdown, we shall notify you immediately.

ORDER COMMUNICATION

You will receive an order confirmation email once you place the order.

Please ensure someone is there at the given address to receive your order. Delivery will be attempted three times before the shipment is returned to our studio. There will be additional fees for further delivery attempts. Please note that we will be unable to schedule shipping for orders with incomplete addresses or incorrect telephone numbers.
